New Sketchbook Entry

Hello Guys

The first issue is still being edited but should be done by the end of the week. I have page 1-5 sketched out for issue #2 which will reveal this guy, the main villain of the mini series. He won’t have any super powers so to speak of, but instead will have the power of influence over others.  He has a silver tongue if you will.

This is another character design from my sketchbook that was colored in Photoshop afterwords. I hope you guys dig him! An as always thanks for checking out my blog!

Character Designs

Here are two character designs for villains appearing in the second issue of the Kingdom. These are just colored line art from my Sketchbook hence the missing legs and feet. I'm tempted to just add some legs on here looks odd ha!

Branding the Kingdom

In this post, I wanted to feature the Logo for "The Kingdom". Being a graphic designer myself, I know the importance and power of a logo that stands out and is instantly recognizable.  So I began playing around with logo ideas around page 15 or so. I did a little comic book cover research and finally after 4 variations I decided on this final version. I hope you guys like it!

Well issue number one is complete and in the editing stages. However, I have finished the cover artwork and would like to share it with you. I should note that I did have a place holder "cover" in an earlier post, this is the completed final version. I hope you enjoy, let me know what you think!
