Free Comic Book Day!

Hello Guys

I have been waiting to do another update until the Kickstarter copies of Issue 3 arrived but I have too much big news to contain in one update!
First off I want to let everyone in the area of Lafayette, know I will be doing a comic book signing of the first 3 issue of the Kingdom with 4 very talented artist. I am happy to say that I have the honor of being friends with Kody Chamberlain Sweets, Rob Guillory Chew, and Burt Durand Horse eComics! And I really look forward to meeting Brent Peeples how does amazing work on the Last of the Greats!
Also for those of you how aren’t in the area I will now be selling the first 3 issues at Indy Planet!

Digging Into Issue 4

Hello All

I have not been posting as much lately but I want to assure everyone that I am working on the 4th issue, and will be getting the proofs from issue number 3 any day now ^_^

Also if all goes well IC Geeks will be selling issues 1-3 at the C2E2 in Chicago this week so make sure if you're in the area to drop by! Anyways here is a little teaser from issue 4. Note: there are not sound effects or words just yet. I hope you enjoy the sneak peak!

Boar O's debut

Boar O's one of my favorite characters in the series so far, he's featured on the cover of issue 3 and I just love the guy, very fun personality to work with for a character. Anyways he's in the later half of the book and I have been patiently waiting to get to his part of the story and its finally here, here is Boar O's first appearnce in the pages of Issue number 3

Elizabeth Bienvenu is Born!

My wife Natalie and I welcomed in our beautiful baby girl Elizabeth Rose Bienvenu, at 10:39 am on February 22^nd 2012.  I have to say that she is the most beautiful baby I have ever scene and I have fallin head over heels in love with her.  I look forward to many adventures with her and Mommy.

In the comic book news, the 3^rd issue is rounding completion and I wanted to offer a sneak peak of characters to come in the 3^rd issue, these four characters have a very brief cameo in issue number 3. I hope you guys dig em!

Well the line art for issue 3 is complete! I will finish up the coloring for it, in the next few weeks.  I will also be doing a little bit of tweaking to the script for issue 4 in order to flesh out the story more.  Speaking of issue number 4 here is a little sneak peak of the cover (work in progress).

Also I am hearing that some of you guys that live close to me are receiving your Kickstarter packets so keep an eye out for your packets to start arriving in the mail.

The First Two Issues are in!

The first two issues of the comic books have arrived and I must say that it is a real thrill to finally have them in hand. This is a very limited run for the Kickstarter backers; however I do have a very limited amount leftover if anyone is interested.  They issues run $2.99 each

The street date for this isn’t until later on in the year so if you are interested the actual production prints will be starting in May. I hope you guys dig em!

First 2 issues Printing in Less than 24hours

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, but it was for a good reason! I'm working extra hard on completing issue number 3, I'm on page 16 of that issue, and here is a sneak peak to tide you over. This image is of pages 10 & 11 entitled “A dark vision”

Also we have the first 2 issues printing and shipping this Tuesday Jan the 31^st! yay this includes the character cards and posters for the backer rewards. I am working very hard in order to get as much of Issue number 3 completed before my wife and I’s little bundle of joy arrives, which can literally be any day now! Woo Hoo!...I like this > ! if you haven’t noticed lol. Anyway thank you guys so much for your patience I can’t wait to share these first 2 issues with all of you, have a great week.
