Hey Guys
I am hard at work here, in fact I have had tunnel vision for the kingdom for almost 2 years now. The fifth books line art is complete and the story has taken me for much further than I had expected and I am so happy with what this book has become, I have a basic outline done for issue 6 (which is gonna be a supersized issue by the way) and i am looking to go into full production for that book in the next few weeks.
In the mean time I just finished the 10th of 10 special sneak peek of the next project I am working on called "Vamped"! I had a little trouble going from animal people to people...people but I feel good about what I've done and I cant wait to share what Donny and I are working on at Nola Con. We will have 200 free comic previews of issue 1, but dont fret if you can't make it we'll have the preview available on the website as well.
So if your in the New Orleans area make sure you guys swing by I will have issues 1-4 for sale for the Kingdom and we will have free copies (1 per person, while supplies last)!

Where Dat dudes been at?
Hey Guys
Sorry for I've been aways from the blog...
Q.Where you been at?
A. Well I'm glad you asked uh hum I mean "Axed" I have been working on the 5th issue of the Kingdom over the last 4 weeks and I have just 4 more pages of line art before the book is ready for color! So I am very excited about that.

Q. But what about issue 4?
A. Issue four has been completed for sometime now and we are having a release party this Saturday with two fantastic artist that I have the pleasure of calling me friends: Kody Chamberlin of "Sweets" and Rob Guillory of "Chew" will be at the release party for issue 4 so make sure you guys come by and say hi!
Q. Whats next?
A. I am currently in pre-production for a new comic book series being written by Donny Broussard called "Vamped". Vamped is a fun filled vampire tale told through the eyes of Nerd and will be filled full of fun nerd culture references while telling a fun horror story!

Line art for Issue 4 is complete!
I have finally completed the line art for issue number 4 of the kingdom! This issue was actually 24 pages long, instead of the usually 22 which I feel will become the norm for the last 3 issues. I had a lot of fun with this one, and cant wait till it goes to print.
I decided the first version of this issues cover was boring, for one and didnt really look like Pale so I redid that as well (see above) and Im really happy with the way it came out. I hope you guys enjoy the sneak peak of the the cover, and will help me out by sharing this post on your facebooks!
Always trying to spread the word about the project!

Good Morning All you beautiful backers!
Sorry for the lack of updates lately, however it is due to my made dash to completing issue number 4 as well as some other big news.
I am very happy to announce the official launch of the Kingdom website www.thekingdomcomic.com where you’ll be able to purchase all 6 books as they are completed. The first 3 are available now! (I’m working on a shopping cart that will combine shipping, please bar with me ^_^. Issue 3 has arrived and will be going out to the higher level kickstarters, so look for it in your mail box within the next week!
I want to thank Chris Smith of www.hardcoreluchador.com for lending his great graphic design and programming skills to getting the site up and running!
Finally I want to feature an incredible important Kickstarter project by my friend Noel Burns who publishes the Kingdom as well as several other fantastic Titles. He is on a mission to bring Indie comics to Brick and Mortar stores all over the country which would really revolutionize the industry and allow books that would otherwise fall through the cracks share the same shelf space as the big boys, I really hope you guys will check out his Kickstarter and support what he is trying to do, thanks again to everyone!

Free Comic Book Day!
Hello Guys
I have been waiting to do another update until the Kickstarter copies of Issue 3 arrived but I have too much big news to contain in one update!
First off I want to let everyone in the area of Lafayette, know I will be doing a comic book signing of the first 3 issue of the Kingdom with 4 very talented artist. I am happy to say that I have the honor of being friends with Kody Chamberlain Sweets, Rob Guillory Chew, and Burt Durand Horse eComics! And I really look forward to meeting Brent Peeples how does amazing work on the Last of the Greats!
Also for those of you how aren’t in the area I will now be selling the first 3 issues at Indy Planet!

I have not been posting as much lately but I want to assure everyone that I am working on the 4th issue, and will be getting the proofs from issue number 3 any day now ^_^
Also if all goes well IC Geeks will be selling issues 1-3 at the C2E2 in Chicago this week so make sure if you're in the area to drop by! Anyways here is a little teaser from issue 4. Note: there are not sound effects or words just yet. I hope you enjoy the sneak peak!
